Baseball Recap: Spanish River Takes a Loss

The Spanish River Sharks came up short against the True North Classical Academy Titans on Friday and fell 6-1.

Spanish River saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sean Beaulieu, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run.

Spanish River's loss dropped their record down to 7-15-1. As for True North Classical Academy, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-7.

Coming up, Spanish River will face off against Boca Raton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bobcats' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Sharks' hitters will have their work cut out for them. True North Classical Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
