After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bixby, Jenks was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Norman Tigers 44-0. The Trojans pushed the score to 37-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Tigers had no chance of recovering from.

Jenks pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 9.2 points on average over those games. As for Norman, their loss was their first of the season and also makes their record 4-1.

Coming up, Jenks will face off against Mustang at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans will need to watch out since the Broncos have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games. As for Norman, they will square off against Enid at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will be up against the Plainsmen's rather soft defense (which has allowed 61.4 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
