Reeds Spring added to the longest winning streak in Central Ozarks - Small this week by beating Logan-Rogersville, 34-14. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
The Wildcats made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,080 from 11,489. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 34-14 victory over Logan-Rogersville last week.
Blayne Armstrong threw for 346 yards and 2 touchdowns. He went 29-46 with 3 interceptions.
Mattew Clancy was the best receiver in the league this week as Marshfield fell to Bolivar. Clancy racked up 12 receptions for 182 yards. Willie Totten helped Marshfield's passing attack out by catching 6 balls for 86 yards.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, the Bluejays' Armstrong and Clancy have proven to be a lethal combination. Armstrong has thrown for 1,719 yards this season, while Clancy, a 6-foot-3 receiver, has 39 catches for 625 yards. Easton Flaugh from Reeds Spring leads the league in rushing with 607 yards.
A big matchup in Central Ozarks - Small this week will be when Brian Moler's team takes on Springfield Catholic. The Wolves are currently in first, while the Fighting Irish are in third.
The Liberators led the league in scoring this week after putting up 59 points on Marshfield.
