Downtown Magnets' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brayane Kuaka Luyeye, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds and seven steals. Kuaka Luyeye is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jason Martinez, who scored ten points along with six steals.
Animo Bunche has been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season. As for Downtown Magnets, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-8.
