Marco Island Academy's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 4-10. As for The Village School of Naples, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-7.
Marco Island Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Naples Classical at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Naples Classical's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last seven matchups. The Village School of Naples won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Naples at 7:00 p.m. on January 17th. Naples has now lost eight straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 12.
