Scituate fell to Exeter-West Greenwich 42-15 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Smithfield made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,516 from 13,427. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 18-12 victory over Hope last week.
Central Falls's Malik Velasquez and Marcelino DaVega led Division IV in both passing and receiving yards. Velasquez has thrown for 487 yards this season, while DaVega has 12 catches for 300 yards. Providence Country Day/Wheeler/Sanchez Complex's Saul Mustaffa leads the league in rushing yards with 264.
The Warriors' offense has recorded 63 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while the Spartans have permitted only 74 on the year.
At the moment, the Scarlet Knights are in first, while the Sentinels are in third.
North Providence led the league in scoring this week by notching 46 points on North Smithfield.
