It was a good run, but  Jordan unfortunately witnessed the end of their  12-match winning streak on Saturday. They took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spring Lake Park Panthers. The Hubmen / Jaguars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  back in September of 2024.
Jordan's offense was headlined by  Chloe Stensland and  Addison Runge, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from  Taylor Ahlbrecht and her ten assists.
 Spring Lake Park's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Taylor Blahna, who  had 14  assists and three  aces. Blahna has been hot for a while, having  posted 14 or more assists the last 14 times she's  played.
Jordan's loss dropped their record down to 22-2. As for Spring Lake Park, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record  this season.
 Coincidentally, Jordan and Spring Lake Park will both be playing Woodbury the next time they take the court. The Hubmen / Jaguars will head out to face the Royals at 9:00  a.m.  on Saturday, while the Panthers will play them later in the day, at 11:00  a.m.
