The biggest upset of the week belonged to Marian Catholic, who defeated 325th ranked Mahanoy Area, 28-3. Ethan Kuczynski threw for 148 yards and 2 touchdowns in the win.
Schuylkill Haven scaled the state rankings by moving to 154 from 185 this week, the biggest jump in Anthracite. The Hurricanes climbed the ranks as a result of besting Williams Valley 42-16.
Marian Catholic's dynamic duo of Kuczynski and Nico Agosti proved to be unstoppable against the Golden Bears, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Lukas Damian helped Marian Catholic's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 28 yards.
Ryan Fink provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Schuylkill Haven bested the Vikings.
Shenandoah Valley's Ian McCole and Kayin Herb have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. McCole has thrown for 1,701 yards this season, while Herb has 27 catches for 479 yards. William Casella from Mike Farr's team leads the league in rushing with 1,819 yards.
Tamaqua was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to second in the league.
