When it comes to explaining why Rocky Mountain lost, one person who can't be blamed is Tucker Jackson. Despite the final result, he scored nine points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Jackson continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Cole Minchow was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with two steals.
Shoshoni's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-9. As for Rocky Mountain, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.
Shoshoni will be playing at home against Greybull at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Wyoming (Greybull is ranked 48th, while Shoshoni is ranked 57th). As for Rocky Mountain, they will head out on the road to take on Wind River at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Wind River and Rocky Mountain are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
