North Hagerstown is still undefeated this season after their matchup against Tuscarora on Friday, but Tuscarora came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Hubs narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Titans 5-3. Those five runs were actually the fewest the Hubs have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

North Hagerstown let Colt Tucker and James Ortiz run wild. Tucker went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double, while Ortiz scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Shawn Saylor also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

North Hagerstown's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 8.2 runs this season. As for Tuscarora, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
