Cabool has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will challenge the Koshkonong Blue Jays at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Missouri (Cabool is ranked 489th, while Koshkonong is ranked 501st).
Last Tuesday, Cabool came up short against School of the Ozarks and fell 49-42.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Koshkonong, who are still winless after their seventh match. They were dealt a 68-11 defeat at the hands of Gainesville last Wednesday.
Cabool's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Koshkonong, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with that defeat, which was their 14th straight on the road.
Cabool strolled past Koshkonong when the teams last played on January 9th by a score of 45-27. The rematch might be a little tougher for Cabool since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
