Gunderson was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to second in Santa Teresa.
The Grizzlies moved up to 626 from 684 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league.
Westmont's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Flint Trevor threw for 82 and one touchdown and Ly Tommy had 29 yards receiving. On the ground Tommy chipped in 166 yards. Marsland Sean helped Westmont's passing attack out by catching two balls for 25 yards.
Live Oak's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Acorns feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Taylor Turnipseed has thrown for 517 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while Dominic Maciel has 13 catches for 229 yards. Trevor Bearden leads the league in rushing with 325 yards.
A big matchup in Santa Teresa this week will be when Live Oak takes on Mt. Pleasant. As it stands, the Acorns are in first, while the Cardinals are in fifth.
