Beth Haven has played every game this season on their home court, but they'll have to hit the road on Tuesday. They will challenge the Fort Knox Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Beth Haven focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Saturday.
Last Saturday, Beth Haven came up short against Collins and fell 59-48.
Despite the defeat, Beth Haven got a solid performance out of Levi Langley, who scored 22 points along with 7 rebounds. Another player making a difference was DaMontez Malone, who scored 6 points.
Meanwhile, Fort Knox pushed their score all the way to 65 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell just short of Edmonson County by a score of 67-65. Fort Knox has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
The opposite results left the teams with opposite records: Collins' victory pushed their record up to 1-2, while Beth Haven's defeat dropped theirs down to 2-1.
Beth Haven beat Fort Knox 71-63 in their previous meeting back in February. Will Beth Haven repeat their success, or does Fort Knox have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
