Everything came up roses for the New London-Spicer Wildcats on the road against Benson last Thursday as the team secured a 68-33 victory. New London-Spicer was heavily favored coming into this contest, and the results showcase why.
New London-Spicer's win brought them up to 12-1. Benson's overall record fell to 3-7.
The Wildcats will take on Rockford on Tuesday. Unlike the Wildcats, Rockford will be limping in after taking a loss. As for Benson, they will go up against Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta last week. Morris also suffered a recent defeat, falling 32-29 to Melrose.
