On Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Lincoln County beat Chino Valley 51-45. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Lincoln County.
Kristian Johnson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 20 points along with seven assists and seven steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Lincoln County's points. Curtis Rippetoe was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with seven rebounds.
Meanwhile, Mohave came up short against Bradshaw Mountain on Friday and fell 48-35. Mohave has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Kingzten Bristol put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 15 points along with six rebounds. The game was his sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Adrian Loya Pulido, who scored eight points.
Lincoln County has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Mohave, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.
Keep an eye on the arc in Wednesday's match: Lincoln County have made nailing deep shots look easy this year this season, having only averaged 5 threes per game. It's a different story for Mohave, though, as they've been averaging only 3.7 threes per game.
