Meanwhile, Gwynn Park took their game on the road on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 60-16 win over Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North. With Gwynn Park ahead 42-7 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Gwynn Park to victory, but perhaps none more so than Reagan Mason , who scored 11 points. Those 11 points set a new season-high mark for Mason. Davis Geormaya was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
The win got Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South back to even at 1-1. As for Gwynn Park, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
