St. Henry managed to slip by Holy Cross the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Crusaders lost 10-4 to the Indians on Wednesday. The Crusaders' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Jackson Popil made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Bryan Miller also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

St. Henry's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Holy Cross, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-11.

Coming up, St. Henry will challenge Beechwood at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Holy Cross, they will welcome Bishop Brossart at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. The Mustangs' pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so the Indians' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
