Make it five blowout wins for John Hay this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Max S. Hayes 78-15 at home. The win was nothing new for John Hay as they're now sitting on four straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead John Hay to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tylia Parker, who scored 14 points along with eight steals and six rebounds. Parker also posted two+ blocks for the first time this season. Sana Hicks was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with five rebounds and five steals.
John Hay's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for Max S. Hayes, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. John Hay will challenge North at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Max S. Hayes, they will head out on the road to face off against Garrett Morgan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
