The Bingham Miners will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Skyridge Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Bingham had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 53-44 victory over American Fork.
Among those leading the charge was Brianna Badonie, who scored 17 points along with 4 steals. The matchup was her third in a row with at least ten points. Addy Horsley was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Even though Skyridge has not done well against Fremont recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Skyridge came out on top in a nail-biter against Fremont and snuck past 50-47.
Bingham's victory bumped their season record to 3-0 while American Fork's defeat dropped theirs to 1-2.
Bingham came up short against Skyridge in their previous matchup back in February, falling 64-54. Will Bingham have more luck at home instead of on the road? Come back here after the game to get analysis of the match and other basketball content.
