It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Bolles had no problem doing just that on Friday. They came out on top against Raines by a score of 14-7. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Bolles.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Bolles' defense and their four sacks. In that department, Garrison Butler was the leader with two sacks.
Meanwhile, Bishop Moore had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33.3 points), and they went ahead and made it nine on Friday. They had just enough and edged Riverside out 37-35. This was one game where the offenses had no trouble playing at a high level.

Bolles has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Bishop Moore, they pushed their record up to 9-3 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road.
Bolles strolled past Bishop Moore when the teams last played back in November of 2022 by a score of 27-10. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bolles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
