North Pontotoc barely beat Hickory Flat the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. North Pontotoc never let Hickory Flat get on the board and left with a 15-0 win on Friday. Considering the Vikings have won four matchups by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

North Pontotoc is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. Hickory Flat is on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.
