On Friday Cheylin take on Rolla . Cheylin is expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.
Cheylin gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener last week. They made easy work of Fowler and carried off a 54-26 victory. Sophomore Colton McCarty, who rushed for 152 yards and 3 touchdowns, was a major factor in Cheylin's success.
Meanwhile, Rolla had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They might be aching after a bruising 32-64 loss to Weskan.
Cheylin's win lifted them to 1-0 while Rolla's defeat dropped them down to 0-1. We'll see if Cheylin's success rolls on or if Rolla are able to steal their positive momentum.
