Logan Dent Goes Supernova in Salem Win
Starting off the list is Salem's Logan Dent, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Dent rushed for 164 yards and three touchdowns. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 131 rushing yards.
Dent must have West Washington's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Dent rushed for 145 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.5 yards per carry the last time he and the Senators duked it out back in October of 2023.

Samuel Conn Delivers Best Performance of Season
Silver Creek was led to victory by Samuel Conn, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Conn rushed for 160 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Corydon Central's probably not too fond of Conn given he always seems to get the better of them. Conn rushed for 72 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries the last time he and the Panthers duked it out back in October of 2023.

Carson Lawyer's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Corydon Central over Silver Creek
While Carson Lawyer delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Corydon Central. Lawyer was unstoppable, rushing for 179 yards while picking up 8.5 yards per carry, and also picking up 58 receiving yards. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 61 yards.
Lawyer is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against North Harrison on Friday. When Lawyer last faced the Cougars back in September, he rushed for 257 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.2 yards per carry, and also picked up 30 receiving yards.

Scottsburg was sadly handed a defeat on Friday, but Garrett Boling did his best to prevent it. Boling turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up 49 receiving yards and a touchdown.
The loss snapped Scottsburg's winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 6-3 record. They and Owen Valley are set to duel on Friday.

Christian Grayson Has Career Rushing Day
On Friday, Charlestown got the W thanks in part to Christian Grayson playing the best football he has all season. Grayson threw for 106 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 33 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Charlestown moved to 2-7 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak. Grayson and Charlestown will head out on the road to square off against Martinsville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
