They breezed by Harbor Creek on the road to the tune of 49-20. The result was nothing new for Wheeling Central Catholic, who have now won three matchups by 29 points or more so far this season.
Braden Mcwreath continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 194 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 carries, while also picking up 40 receiving yards. Mcwreath's longest rush was for an incredible 89 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jj White, who picked up 161 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Wheeling Central Catholic now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Harbor Creek, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wheeling Central Catholic will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Williamstown at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd. As for Harbor Creek, they will head out on the road to face off against Greenville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
