It was fun while it lasted, but Cabrini's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Tuesday. They fell to Detroit Leadership Academy 48-44. The loss was the Monarchs' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cabrini fell to 3-1. As for Detroit Leadership Academy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cabrini will challenge Austin Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cabrini is facing Austin Catholic at the right time seeing as Austin Catholic is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Detroit Leadership Academy, they will host Michigan Math & Science at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
