The Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies fans better hope the squad plays one heck of a game Friday as the odds are decidedly against them. They will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tea Titans. Each game has meant fewer and fewer points for the Huskies in their past three games, so Tea might be catching them at a good time.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 76-43, which was the final score in Elk Point-Jefferson's tilt against Ponca on Monday. Elk Point-Jefferson was in a tough position by the half, with the score already sitting at 38-18.
Meanwhile, Tea strolled past Lennox with points to spare last Friday, taking the game 67-55.
Elk Point-Jefferson took a serious blow against Tea when the two teams previously met in February of last year, falling 81-50. Maybe the Huskies will have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back on MaxPreps for all the details.
