Doherty always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .647. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Vista Ridge only posted an OBP of .308.

Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Vista Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
