After having lost a blowout in their previous game against New Manna Christian, the Rockwell Christian School Chargers were happy to have found some success on Monday. They secured a 26-21 W over Shining Light Baptist Academy. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Rockwell Christian School also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.
Rockwell Christian School found their leader in underclassman Cambrie Perry, who scored nine points.
The victory got Rockwell Christian School back to even at 6-6. As for Shining Light Baptist Academy, they bumped their record down to 1-4 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Rockwell Christian School will take on Cramerton Christian Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Shining Light Baptist Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Mountain View Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. Mountain View Christian Academy will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
