Another player making a difference was Blake Tropper, who scored 14 points along with five assists and five steals.
Meanwhile, BASIS - Chandler suffered a tough 73-50 defeat at the hands of Heritage Academy on Monday. BASIS - Chandler has struggled against Heritage Academy recently, as their match on Monday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
BASIS - Scottsdale's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-13. As for BASIS - Chandler, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.
BASIS - Scottsdale came up short against BASIS - Chandler in their previous matchup two weeks ago, falling 55-43. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of BASIS - Chandler's Kalan Karuppana, who scored 20 points along with four steals.
