Mora had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They blew past the Santa Rosa Lions 18-7. The result was nothing new for the Rangers/Rangerettes, who have now won eight contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Mora pushed their record up to 10-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 21.0 runs over those games. As for Santa Rosa, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.

Coming up, Mora will challenge McCurdy at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Santa Rosa, they will square off against Logan at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lions are facing the Longhorns at the right time seeing as the Longhorns are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
