Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Belton). They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Raytown Bluejays on Thursday. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Bluejays recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Belton's record is now 4-5. As for Raytown, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Coincidentally, Belton and Raytown will both be playing Raytown South the next time they take the field. The Pirates will host the Cardinals at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Bluejays will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
