The Einstein Titans will head out on the road to face off against the Northwest Jaguars at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Einstein will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
Last Friday, Einstein never let their opponents score. They breezed by Wheaton on the road to the tune of 35-0. The result was nothing new for Einstein, who have now won three contests by 33 points or more so far this season.
Meanwhile, Northwest came up short against Quince Orchard on Friday and fell 34-21. Northwest has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Northwest had strong showings from Tony Berry, who gained 109 total yards and two touchdowns, and Jayden Vongprachanh-Nelson, who threw for 190 yards and a touchdown.
Einstein is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Northwest, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.
