Kerwin Squire Jr. Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Friday, Stratford got the W thanks in part to Kerwin Squire Jr. playing the best football he has all season. Squire Jr. rushed for 191 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (108.3).
Stratford has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. Squire Jr. and Stratford will take on Cane Bay at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Ballard Made His Presence Known in Lucy Beckham's 42-38 Defeat
While Lucy Beckham might've come up empty on Friday, Chalmers Ballard wasn't going down without a fight. Ballard was dynamite, rushing for 85 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 283 yards and two touchdowns while completing 73.7% of his passes. Lucy Beckham is 3-1 when Ballard posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
For the season, Ballard has thrown 11 touchdowns while averaging 173.6 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to nine.

Jachin Davis' Big Game Leads Stratford over Lucy Beckham
The second Stratford player making an appearance here is Jachin Davis, and for good reason. He rushed for 59 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 261 yards while completing 75% of his passes. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
On the year, Davis has averaged 182.4 passing yards per game.

Stone Posts Huge Game in 28-21 Victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Harris Stone stepped things up a notch to give Wando the 'W'. Stone turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 223 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes, while also rushing for 48 yards.
On the year, Stone has thrown 10 touchdowns while averaging 172.9 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he had three passing touchdowns.

Michael Jenkins put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He made three total tackles.all of that, receiving production came thanks to one massive catch
