Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Neodesha's Third in Last Four Outings

Neodesha won the last time they faced Cherryvale and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Blue Streaks came out on top against the Chargers by a score of 2-0.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Neodesha was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-14.

Their offense was headlined by Tiana Sanders and Allison Stover, who picked up six kills apiece. The pair just refused to take it easy: they also led the team is assists, picking up eight each. Brooklyn Newland controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Neodesha is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-4-2 record this season. As for Cherryvale, their loss dropped their record down to 6-19-4.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, Neodesha and Caney Valley will shake off the rust and duke it out on Tuesday. As for Cherryvale, they have already played their next match, a 0-0 tie against Fredonia on the 30th.
