Noah Deeds made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He tossed two innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. What's more, he posted two strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Shawn Nowacki, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April.

Braxton Cline was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and one triple. He has become a key player for Goshen: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 1-9 otherwise. Bryson Wilson was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Goshen's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Mishawaka, their win bumped their record up to 13-5.
Everything went Mishawaka's way against Goshen when the teams last played back in April, as Mishawaka made off with an 11-0 victory. Will the Cavemen repeat their success, or do the RedHawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
