Cameron Owlett was incredible, going a perfect 1-for-1 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Maxwell Mascho, who got on base in two of his three plate appearances with two runs and two RBI.

Wellsboro has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-9 record this season. Saturday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Wellsboro has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .465. However, it's not like Mount Carmel struggles in that department as they've averaged .455. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Wellsboro suffered a grim 11-1 defeat to Mount Carmel when the teams last played back in May of 2023. Can the Hornets avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
