 On Tuesday, Kettle Run narrowly escaped with a  win as the  team sidled past Warren County  2-1.
  Emerson Golden was  excellent,  going 2-for-4 with a  home run.  Ryan Drew was another key contributor,  going 2-for-4 with two  stolen bases.
 Meanwhile, Skyline pushed their score all the way to 12 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell just short of Central Woodstock by a score of  13-12. Even if Skyline couldn't come away with the  victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.
 Kettle Run's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Skyline,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 1-3.
