The Macon County Tigers will head out on the road to challenge the Station Camp Bison at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Macon County has now lost ten straight, leaving the team is hunting for their first win since December 29.
Macon County pushed their score all the way to 67 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 74-67 hit to the loss column at the hands of White House. While losing is never fun, Macon County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 350th, while White House is ranked 107th).
Meanwhile, Station Camp blew past Pearl-Cohn, posting a 69-41 win at home. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Station Camp.
Macon County's loss was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Station Camp, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.
Macon County couldn't quite finish off Station Camp when the teams last played two weeks ago and fell 47-44. Can Macon County avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
