Northeast/Northwest College Prep has played every game this season on their home court, but they'll have to hit the road on Tuesday. They will square off against the World of Inquiry Griffins at 6:15 p.m. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Even though School of the Arts scored an imposing 61 points last Friday, Northeast/Northwest College Prep still came out on top. Northeast/Northwest College Prep walked away with a 73-61 victory over School of the Arts. The victory was just what Northeast/Northwest College Prep needed coming off of a 87-56 loss in their prior contest.
Meanwhile, even though Penn Yan Academy scored an imposing 59 points on Saturday, World of Inquiry still came out on top. World of Inquiry took their matchup against Penn Yan Academy 72-59.
Jaedon Adams continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 30 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Yacoub Tarawally was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds.
Northeast/Northwest College Prep now has a winning record of 2-1. As for World of Inquiry, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.
Northeast/Northwest College Prep beat World of Inquiry 63-52 in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Northeast/Northwest College Prep since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
