The Prairie School came tearing into Saturday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14 points), and they left with even more momentum. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 62-56 W against the St. Mary Catholic Zephyrs. That's more bragging rights for the Hawks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The Prairie School pushed their record up to 10-14 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points over those games. As for St. Mary Catholic, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

Looking ahead, The Prairie School will take on Racine Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Racine Lutheran knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 23 contests -- so hopefully The Prairie School likes a good challenge.
