Park extended the longest winning streak in Central A this week by beating Havre, 64-32. The victory was the seventh in a row for the team.
Park made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,947 from 5,548. The advance stemmed from a 64-32 victory over the Blue Ponies last week.
Havre's dynamic duo of Dane Warp and Thurman Holdsclaw proved tough for Bryan Beitel's team to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Warp threw for 369 yards and five touchdowns and Holdsclaw had 138 yards receiving. Zach Plum helped Havre's passing attack out by catching three balls for 133 yards.
Shanon Williams was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 22 carries, he ran for 276 yards as the Rangers lost to the Rangers. Teammate Brandon Toney added to the ground attack by rushing for 243 yards.
Havre's Warp and Plum have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Warp has thrown for 2568 yards this season, while Plum has 43 catches for 1060 yards. Zac Brady from Belgrade leads the league in rushing with 1178 yards.
Toney has rushed for 955 yards on 117 carries so far this year.
Park led Central A in scoring this week after putting up 64 points on the Blue Ponies. Williams in the win.
