The Graham Local Falcons will square off against the Tippecanoe Red Devils at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.
Graham Local came out on top against Tecumseh on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive nine-run sixth inning. The Falcons took their match against the Arrows 11-6. The win continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Arrows: they've now won three in a row.

Hayden Vanhoose was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off three hits. Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That double was his first of the season.
In other batting news, Owen Powell was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Adam Levy was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Meanwhile, Tippecanoe put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Fairborn an 11-0 shutout. Considering the Red Devils have won seven games by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Like Graham Local, Tippecanoe also got a great game from a two-way player: Cayden McKinney. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. McKinney has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.
McKinney wasn't the only one making solid contact as six players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Carson Jackson, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. Another was Preston Zumwalt, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.
Tippecanoe pushed their record up to 11-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.4 runs over those games. As for Graham Local, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.
