Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Manatee). They were the clear victor by a 67-44 margin over the Palmetto Tigers on Tuesday. The Hurricanes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 23 points or more this season.

Despite the defeat, Palmetto had strong showings from Sanaii Rich, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 boards, and Solaura Glover, who went 6 of 13 on her way to 17 points. Glover is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for three straight games.

Manatee's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-4. As for Palmetto, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Manatee has already played their next matchup, a 41-35 win against Braden River on the 12th. As for Palmetto, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-31 defeat against Parrish Community on the 12th.
