The Cascade Cadets can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent game on Saturday. They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 69-19 victory over Indianapolis Scecina Memorial. With Cascade ahead 44-10 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Cascade got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kaylee Austin out in front who scored 16 points along with eight rebounds. Austin continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Lilly Hall was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with six rebounds.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Indianapolis Scecina Memorial struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Cascade racked up 14 assists.
Cascade pushed their record up to 9-10 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points per game. As for Indianapolis Scecina Memorial, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.
Cascade will head out on the road to challenge Brown County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Indianapolis Scecina Memorial, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Indiana Math & Science Academy North at 7:30 p.m.
