Softball Recap: Bronson Has No Trouble Against Mendon

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Clinton, Bronson was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the Mendon Hornets 12-6. Considering the Vikings have won six matches by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Bronson's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Mendon, they moved to 20-2 with that defeat, which also ended their 16-game winning streak.

Coming up, Bronson will challenge Brandywine at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bobcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.71 runs per game on average), something the Vikings will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Mendon, they will venture away from home to take on Pittsford at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
