After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Adventure Christian, Maxwell was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Plumas Charter Warriors 73-44. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 29 points or more this season.
Tanner Vierra produced another solid performance putting up 20 points and three steals. Levi Velazquez was another key player, earning 14 points and six boards.
Despite the loss, Plumas Charter still got an impressive performance from Dalton Bentz, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 12 rebounds. The game was Bentz's 16th in a row with at least 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Liam Moore, who posted five points.
