Two dominant guards in Chase Webster and Luke Henderson are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Kingman Eagles will be playing at home against the Independent Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.
Last Tuesday, Kingman didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against the Cardinals, but they still walked away with a 48-42 victory. The victory was all the more spectacular given Kingman's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 210th, while the Cardinals are ranked 103rd).
Tristen Davidson went supernova for Kingman, scoring ten points along with eight rebounds and six assists. Ben Bradshaw was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, Independent can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They blew past Douglass 60-40.
Kingman's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-9. As for Independent, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4.
