Baldwin hasn't had much luck against Fletcher recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Indians will be playing at home against the Senators at 3:30 p.m. Baldwin will be strutting in after a win while Fletcher will be coming in after a loss.
Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Baldwin turned things around against Baker County on Friday. They came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 5-2.

Lukas Presley and Carson Duffy dominated on the mound. Presley pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits, while Duffy tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Duffy has become a key player for Baldwin: the team is 3-1 when he allows at most two hits, but 2-6 otherwise.
On the hitting side, Baldwin saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mason Williams, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base. That stolen base marked the first that Williams has snagged this season. Another was Evan Lewellen, who went 1-for-3 with four RBI.
Meanwhile, Fletcher fell victim to Orange Park and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 1-0.
Henry Manley was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over 4.1 innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.
Fletcher's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Baldwin, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Baldwin has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.6 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Fletcher struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 7.4 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Baldwin might still be hurting after the 8-2 defeat they got from Fletcher in their previous matchup back in March of 2025. Will the Indians have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other baseball content.
