There's no place like home for the Delta Charter Dragons, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 61-46 win over Lodi Academy on Tuesday. The win was just what Delta Charter needed coming off of a 90-44 loss in their prior match.
Lodi Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Winston Dos Reis, who scored 13 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ty Zinke, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Delta Charter's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-11. As for Lodi Academy, they dropped their record down to 6-7 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Delta Charter will challenge Humphreys Able Charter at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lodi Academy, they will head out on the road to take on Victory Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
