The Catholic Central Crusaders had already won 11 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 29.7 points), and they went ahead and made it 12 on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Cobleskill-Richmondville 93-54 at home. Catholic Central has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11  matchups by 20  points or more this season.
 Catholic Central found their leader in underclassman  Darien Moore, who  dropped  a double-double on 30 points and ten  rebounds. Moore is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's  now  scored 15 or more in the last ten games he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Xavjon Arroyo, who  scored nine points along with six  assists and six  steals.
 Catholic Central pushed their record up to 12-1 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 83.3 points per game. As for Cobleskill-Richmondville, they are  on a five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-12.
 Catholic Central's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Lansingburgh at 5:30  p.m.  on January 20th. Lansingburgh will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps New York Rankings (they are ranked 76th, while Catholic Central is ranked fifth). As for Cobleskill-Richmondville, they will head out on the road to  face off against  Schalmont at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. Schalmont has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 230 points over their last four games.
